We want you to love your purchase from River Rabbits Publishing. If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Returns

If you'd like to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The book is unused and in its original condition.

• The book is free from damage, markings, or wear.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund for the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Personalized or signed books

• Digital products or eBooks

• Items that have been damaged after delivery
